what's that thing between the fingerboard and the humbucker? looks like a small pickup or just a tag or something.

the lower end ones dont seem to impress me that much. but the couple top of the lines they have are loaded with all the right features for me. i like the fact that they have the coil taps. they seem for the most part pretty quality to me.

Horrable. even the high end guitars are topped with veneer.
I would avoid them at every possable turn.
