I hear all of these things (as I've protected my hearing since day one of playing music/attending shows) and it drives me apeshit. Just last night, I was walking around my bedroom playing "find the sound". I couldn't sleep... not because the movie I was watching was keeping me up, but because the goddamn electronic noises of my DVD player/TV were piercing my skull.
