As was expected, this show was rather blah. Thy Will Be Done-they were ok, good overall sound but not my cup. Circle Takes the Square-I liked them. I'm not a huge fan but actually recognized several songs that I liked from a few times I've played shows with them. Good people too. See You Next Tuesday-the kids seemed to dig them but I was not one of them. They were energetic and nice guys to talk to (maybe I go to shows for the wrong reasons). Daughters-wow, I really can't stand to watch or listen to them. I sat down in the back telling myself Coalesce would be worth the wait. Coalesce-They played a handful of songs that put a smile on my face. But, I didn't like the vocals too much. Good to see them but a part of me wishes I could just remember them for what they were. Oh well. If I didn't go I would have been wishing I did.
I think the average age at this show was 18, give or take a year. Disappointing to see majority of the kids leave right after Daughters.
Rev, at a show like this you should have welcomed the nipple pinching. I'll get you next time gadget, next time.
