The headstock cracked some kid in the head. The kid left and went to the hospital. Derek was talked to by the staff and police but that was more to warn him what COULD have happened (someone being more seriously injured, him being sued, etc.) Derek then left and stayed with the kid at the hospital while he got patched up. He was no also no allowed back in the building so he slept most of the day in the van. The kid who got wacked went back to the show. Everything is fine.
