self abuse: so I walked in to thid little benefit not thinking any thing and then self abuse started to play. They were pretty good punk. I sort of figured all the following bands (besides ts) would be punk too. The songs were short and the first 3 sounded really similar (the 2nd and 3rd songs even had very similar lyrics), but the 4th and after sounded different and much better. After a couple songs, the singer of defcon4 started wrestling the singer and the guitarist broke a string so they played one more wth the broken string.

twats, the: I was expexting them to sound more like the cramps. They are from DC and I guess are friends with magrudergrind. It was good. During the last song, one of the guitarists busted out a bunch of guitar riffs that seemed a little out of place for their set. I think the vocals were the best part of their set, skreeechy, but not too overblown on the house PA.
