On rt. 6 (the midcape highway) heading towards eastham/province town get off at exit 11 and go left onto 137 heading towards chatham. go straight through the set of lights, and straight through the intersection with the stop sign. eventually you will come to a junction with rt. 28 and go left. head down rt 28 until there is another set of lights. do not go completely left but veer left onto depot rd. close to the top of the hill next to the police and fire dept. and the school go left onto hitching post rd. the rec center is on the corner of hitching post and depot rd.
