on Sep 24,2006 10:58pm | Khanate has officially disbanded. Formed in 2000 by James Plotkin of Atomsmasher, etc., and Stephen O’Malley of Sunn O))), the group has previously released material with Hydra Head Records and Southern Lord Records. The band's final album is currently being mixed and will likely see release this winter.
